St. Jude’s Academy is a private school located in Mississauga, Ontario, teaching students from JK to Grade 12. We are looking for a passionate full-time P.E. teacher who wishes to work in a diverse, rewarding teaching environment. All eligible candidates must meet the qualifications and must be comfortable teaching all grades.


  • Criminal record check
  • Completed a minimum three-year postsecondary degree from an accredited postsecondary institution – four-year is preferred
  • Certified by the Ontario College of Teachers
  • OCT in intermediate and senior
  • Standard First Aid/CPR


  • Stimulate students’ interest in developing healthy living habits
  • Help students develop physical abilities and healthy habits
  • Understand the Ontario Health and Physical Education Curriculum for all grades and effectively implement it
  • Prepare assignments and tests, as well as grading them
  • Meet with parents and explain to them their child’s progression in the subject
